Welcome to the Victorian Curling Association Founded in 1984, the Victorian Curling Association is Australia's largest active curling club. The Victorian Curling Association moved to Bendigo in 1999. Between the middle of May and the middle of September, the VCA runs regular Tuesday evening club nights at the Bendigo Ice Rink, 60 Hattam Street, Golden Square. As well, the VCA hosts two Bonspiels (competitions), one in June and one in August. In 2006 and 2007, the VCA has hosted the Australian National Curling Championships where teams from around Australia play off in various categories including Mens, Ladies, Juniors, Mixed Open and Mixed Doubles. Committee The VCA AGM was held on Saturday 31st May 2008.  At this meeting the following representatives were elected to the committee for the coming year: Andrew Butler - President Michelle Zintschenko - Vice President/Secretary Terry Cuthbert - Treasurer John Anderson - VCA Delegate on ACF Executive Janet Cobden - Commitee John Pollock – Committee Tom Ellis - Committee Nancy Davis - Committee
Do I need to buy equipment & what do I need to wear? No experience or special equipment is needed. Just bring yourself & your friends with warm clothes & a pair of flat shoes.  Corporate evenings can also be arranged for work or social groups. Want More Information?
